Rental Information

How do I book my rental equipment?

You can book your ski or snowboard gear directly through our online store. Simply select your equipment, choose your rental dates, and complete your booking. We'll have everything ready for you!

When can I pick up my rental gear?

Pickup times are flexible to suit your schedule. You can pick up your gear the afternoon/evening before (anytime after 2pm). Or you can pick it up on the morning of your first day's hire. Just remember to allow time for fitting.

What if I need to change my rental dates?

We understand plans can change. Just let us know as early as possible and we'll adjust your dates.

What if I want a rest day?

No problem, just let us know beforehand so we can adjust your booking dates. Depending on how busy we are, we may need you to drop back your equipment the evening before your rest day, just check with us first.

Do I need to buy insurance?

We offer insurance for accidental damage to any of our equipment, which can be purchased when making your booking online. Highly recommended as, like all accidents, you never plan to damage anything, "it just happens". 

Do you refund?

We refund if all the local mountains are closed. If you simply change your mind, we don't offer a refund, but don't worry, you can still use your booking on another date, or you can transfer it to another person. And if that doesn't suit we can give you a credit note to use at a local retail store.

How do I know what size equipment I need?

Don't worry, we'll fit you out in store with the right gear.

Is the equipment well-maintained?

Absolutely! All our rental equipment is regularly serviced and maintained to ensure you have the best experience on the slopes.

Delivery & Returns

Do you offer delivery in Queenstown?

We don't deliver, however we are 50m from the bus stop. You can collect your gear & walk across the road and catch the bus to Coronet Peak or The Remarkables.

How do I return my rental equipment?

Simply return your gear to our Queenstown location on the last day of your rental period. We stay open late so there's plenty of time for you to get down the mountain & drop everything back.

Pricing & Payments

Are there discounts for multi-day rentals?

Yes! We offer competitive rates for extended rentals. Check our current promotions or contact us for special rates on longer bookings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure online checkout.
